Title: Study on the Mechanism of Antang-Tongbi Prescription for the Treatment of the Rat With Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effective mechanism of Antang-Tongbi Prescription for the treatment of the rats with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:The 2 type DPN rat model were established by inducing with low dose of STZ.Fifty normal rats were divided into normal group,Antang-tongbi low dose group,high dose group and VitB12 group,the levels of ET and NO were determined and compared.Results:After the success of Model establised,the NO level of medication groups were lower than that of normal group(P0.01),the ET level of medication groups were higher than that of nromal group.After treatment,the NO level step up obviously in Antang-tongbi prescription high dose group,blood plasma ET decreased distinctly.Conclusion:Antang-Tongbi precription can step up serum NO level,decreses the contents of ET,with protection of peripheral nerve and vessel,and the effect of high dose group is better than that of low dose group.
