Title: Techniques corporelles ou concepts pragmatiques, des « savoirs de l’activité » passés sous silence en formation : deux études de cas en Formation Continue EPS
Abstract: Au cours d'une intervention-recherche menée sur le terrain de la formation continue des enseignants d'EPS, nous avons tenté de comprendre ce qui en fonde l'efficacité en nous intéressant aux articulations entre analyse du travail et formation ; pour cela, nous avons opté pour une approche ergonomique de l'activité et mobilisé le cadre méthodologique des autoconfrontations croisées. L'objet de l'article est de montrer que la co-analyse de l'activité d'enseignement d'un formateur expert dans une APSA, associant dans la discussion un formateur et un enseignant qu'il a formé, permet la mise au jour de savoirs incorporés, passés sous silence en formation, bien qu'identifiés comme des éléments facilitateurs de l'activité de l'enseignant. Cependant, ces savoirs de l'activité qui incarnent les intentions didactiques dans les gestes professionnels reposent parfois sur des habiletés ou des conceptualisations difficilement accessibles au néophyte dans le temps de la formation. Ceci nous interrogera sur leur place dans les situations de formation et sur les conditions de leur développement et de leur transmission.
