Title: PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, PENGAWASAN DAN DISIPLINKERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. SEMANGGI MAS SEJAHTERA TULUNGAGUNG
Abstract: The aim of this research is to know the work motivation effect, supervision and work discipline partially and simultaneous on employee performance. The population in this research is all employees of PT. Semanggi Mas Sejahtera with a total 56 samples. The data analysis technique that is used in this research is doubled linear regression. The research result indicate employee work motivation of PT. Semanggi Mas Sejahtera Tulungagung includes bad scales rang, employee supervision including bad category, employee work discipline including low category and low employee performance. Work motivation, supervision and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the employee performance. Work motivation, supervision and discipline partially have a significant effect on the employee performance. Work supervision has most powerful influence on the employee performance compared to work motivation and work discipline.
