Abstract: Cladocera Daphnia magna (Straus, 1820) is one of the most important cladocerans having immense ecological and commercial significance. It is an important food for many aquatic organisms. Light intensity may have negative effect on it biological activities. That is why the study investigated the direct effects of full spectrum light with different intensities along with UV radiation on life history traits of single clonal cultured D. magna.
