We focus on innovation by non-Chinese emerging MNEs in Central and Eastern Europe. We aim to contribute to the debates on the potentially different motives for investment and behaviors of MNEs from emerging and advanced countries (Narula, 2012; Di Minin, Zhang and Gammeltoft, 2012; Giuliani, Gorgoni, Guenther and Rabelloti, 2014; Cuervo-Cazurra and Ramamurti, 2014) and how MNEs’ locational decisions in terms of innovation in advanced vs emerging countries differ depending on their country of origin.Read More
