Title: Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT PPI Regional Jateng dan DIY
Abstract: The research is based of the condition of Indonesian Trade Company (ITC) – PT. Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (Persero) Regional Area of Central Java and Special Regional of Yogyakarta in 2016-2017 with an average of 52.5% of RKAP targets. This research uses descriptive quantitative method by analyzing the influence of leadership and communication variables through intervening variable motivation to employee performance variable. Data collected from 52 permanent employees of Indonesian Trade Company Regional Area of Central Java and Special Regional of Yogyakarta. Simultaneously, leadership variable and communication variable have a positive and significant effect on performance variable. Leadership variable and communication variable through intervening variable motivation also have a positive and significant effect on performance variable. Partially, leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on performance variable. Communication variable also has a positive and significant effect on performance variable. Partially through intervening variable motivation, leadership variable have positive and significant effect to performance variable. Communication variable also has a positive and significant effect on performance variable through intervening variable motivation.
