This is because there is not enough time to spend exercise and exercise because there is little free time to do housework while working while doing work in modern Japan. Also, there are many people who care about the eyes of the surrounding people from the character of the Japanese, there are factors that it is difficult for one person to go to the gym and sports facilities. On the other hand, dietary supplements and diet supplements reduce caloric intake and reduce body weight, so it is easier and easier to get started and it is increasing. Due to this influence, the types of diet foods such as supplements are increasing year by year. Among them, there are things that are ineffective and those that are contained are dangerous and there are problems. In order to diet, it can be said that it is necessary to acquire knowledge of correct meal and nutrients. In recent years, a diet boom has come in Japan. It is gradually increasing awareness of obesity since 2000. As a reason for dieting [1], the weight gained, there were many reasons related to health aspects such as to change myself and their appearance. There are various kinds of diets, a method of consuming energy from exercise such as yoga and sports and dieting. There are diet restrictions and diet that deviates from meals. Because it is easier to start a diet and the cost is low, there is a high proportion of trying to improve from the diet. In particular, there is a diet that pulls out carbohydrates which are one nutrient causing the increase in energy intake. This diet takes carbohydrates and increases blood sugar level. However, if carbohydrates are the only source of energy in the brain, they can cause concentration and ability to think down. Other nutritional proteins are nutrients that make up the body and become built-in and blood vessel materials. Lipids become energy sources of the body and become energy sources when exercising. Vitamins serve to help each nutrient work, basically it must be ingested from the diet. Minerals have a role to arrange and make physical condition and can only be ingested from meals [2]. In other words, nutrients have their own roles, all of which are indispensable for healthy living. If one of these is lost, the physical condition of the body will deteriorate or it will be in a state of inactivity. This is considered to be one of the causes of the problem that the intake of nutrients is insufficient in the modern dietary life. Continued lack of nutrients leads to injuries and diseases such as osteoporosis and anemia, physical condition management problems such as not being able to maintain body temperature well, thinking ability and declining concentration. In other words, excessive dietary diet is dangerous from a physical condition. Moreover, we will not continue to eat dish forcibly or diet to examine the same dish every day. Therefore, we need to think about a meal that makes a diet successful while enjoying the balance of nutrients.
