Title: SUN-006 REPEAT RENAL BIOPSIES IN ADULT LUPUS NEPHRITIS PATIENTS: THE SABAH EXPERIENCE
Abstract: Repeating a renal biopsy has been the standard practice for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients with recurrent renal flares. The clinical utility of a repeat biopsy remains debatable in patients whose original biopsy showed a proliferative class as they are less likely to transform to a non proliferative class during a renal flare. This study aims to address the need for a repeat biopsy.
