Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh investasi organisasi pada modal sosial, teknologi informasi dan komitmen pelayanan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui prinsip good governance sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian dilakukan pada Dinas Pendidikan Aceh dengan sampel sebanyak 189 orang pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan peralatan statistik structural equation model (SEM). Penelitian menemukan bahwa investasi organisasi pada modal sosial, teknologi informasi dan komitmen pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance dan kinerja pegawai. Penerapan prinsip good governance memediasi pengaruh investasi organisasi pada modal sosial, teknologi informasi dan komitmen pelayanan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Peran efek mediasi tersebut adalah mediasi parsial.

The study aims to determine the effect of the organizational investment on social capital, information technology and service commitment on the employee performance and through the implementation of good governance as intervening variable. The study conducted on the education agency of Aceh province with the sample of 189 civil servants. The data collected by questionnaire and then the data is analyzed by statistical means of structural equation model (SEM). The study found that organizational investment on social capital, information technology and services commitment have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of good governance and the employee performance. The implementation of good governance mediates the effect of organizational investment on social capital, information technology and services commitment on the employee performance. The mediation role of the variable is partial mediation.
