Title: Relationship between quality of work life and conflict of work-family with workers' organizational commitment
Abstract: The aim of Present study is to investigate the relationship between quality of work life and conflict of work-family with workers' organizational commitment. For this purpose a descriptive research method of correlation type was used. The statistical population includes all 1200 Gazsoozan company's workers, Najafabad, Iran, 2013. The samples consist of 300 persons who were selected according to Kerjcie and Morgan table with stratified random sampling method. Data collection scales were Allen & Meyer's organizational commitment questionnaire (1993), Netmier's conflict work-life questionnaire(1996) and Walton's quality of work life questionnaire (1975).data analysis of this research was performed by spss-21 in 2 levels of descriptive statistic by using statistical indexes such as frequency, Mean and standard deviation and in level of inference statistical Proportionational to data evaluation level and statistical assumptions Pearson coefficient correlation and multi-variable regression and one sample T-Test methods were used. Results of data analysis showed that there is a significant positive relation between quality of work life and organizational commitment,there is a significant negative relation between conflict work-life and organizational commitment. Also there is a significant relation between organizational commitment and dimension of quality of work life also result of multi variable regression analysis showed that scales of conflict of work-family and quality of work life could significantly predict organizational commitment about 16%. And scale of conflict of work-family and family-work could significantly predict organizational commitment about 10% and dimension of quality of work life could significantly predict organizational commitment about 37%.
