Title: Exploring The Major Elements of Job Satisfaction of Administrative Staff at Kuwait University
Abstract: The main goal of this paper is to identify the major elements of job satisfaction for the services provided by Kuwait University.This is to inform and provide recommendations for the purposes of improving the efficiency and quality of the services provided to both administrative and academic staff of the institution.The human resources management at Kuwait University provides training programs to meet the needs of the administrative staff.Survey data is obtained to explore the major elements of job satisfaction of administrative staff at Kuwait University.The researchers recommend that the University needs to provide job security for administrative staff as well as train them in order to acquire the skills and experiences needed for providing high quality services for the academic staff and students.
