Title: 2013 Report on Aesthetic Education Research in China
Abstract: In 2013 Chinese aesthetic research not only received support from regulatory policies,but also enjoyed unprecedented opportunities provided by the wider social cultural environment. On the whole,aesthetic research thrived as usual and considerable progress was made in areas such as study of the principles of aesthetic education, aesthetic from the perspective of curriculum and instruction theories, study of the history of aesthetic education, research in cross-culture comparative aesthetic education and research in aesthetic in institutions of higher learning. Yet,we must not be complacent about the current state of research in Chinese aesthetic where we are far from achieving a bumper harvest.
