Abstract: L’apprenance repose sur l’idee de l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie. L’apprenance rapproche la formation et le travail, jusqu’a les fusionner. L’organisation est ainsi appelee a devenir « apprenante », apres avoir ete souhaitee « qualifiante ». Les individus comme le collectif sont invites a apprendre a apprendre. Apprendre plus vite que la concurrence, c’est la seule facon de demeurer competitif. « Learn or die ». L’essentiel est de creer les conditions pour que chacun apprenne. La question n’est plus de savoir quoi apprendre, mais comment susciter une dynamique d’apprentissage permanent. Comment faire pour que chaque situation de travail devienne apprenante ? Comment favoriser l’emergence d’un ecosyteme de l’apprenance ?
