Ltda., created in 2001, focused on the logistic distribution of several consumer products, which through the correct reformulation of its strategic planning has been able to rethink its organizational structure prioritizing with this its capital of work, financial and personnel resources. Because of the activities that are carried out within the company, many of its workers are prone to develop some type of injuries or possible occupational diseases, which negatively affects the exposed personnel, triggering a decrease in productivity, due to the percentage of absenteeism quantified in the company. It is for this reason that the company reflects a constant commitment in the improvement of working conditions. The present work is focused on the risk analysis emphasizing the storage area, since according to the morbidity report presented by the medical service in 2017, it is shown that 55 percent of workers in this area have required at least one medical attention for musculoskeletal conditions. In order to reduce risks and prevent occupational accidents and illnesses, by using appropriate methodologies and tools, risks can be managed and work stations evaluated, resulting in a proposal for improvement in the quality of life of the employees, workers reduce the percentage of absenteeism and staff turnover, which will reflect a positive impact on global productivity and creating competitive advantages for the company.Read More
