Title: Analytical study of islamik architectur of azarbaijan (iran) and signs of its identity during the safavid
Abstract: during the two century of Safavid ruling, the art, architecture and industry have remarkably developed. The socio-polotical situation of Azerbaijan during the Ilkhanid Period to the end of Safavid era has led to being important as by the rise of Safavid, large amount of monuments with different functions have built.the archaeological survey of these monuments aiming to get more complete and accurate knowledge is being done. The main goal of the current research is to investigating and analyzing the Islamic Architecture of Azerbaijan during the Safavid era. Its identical characteristic, identifying the decorating processes, innovations and etc. the research methodology is mainly based on the written documents alongside field survey to get knowledge on the identical characteristic of the Safavid period of Azerbaijan. Most of these monuments are made on Isfahani style which was regular during the Safavid era. Analyzing these monuments including tombs, mosques and caravansaries is worthy to note that of them the Sheikh Safi's shrine is the most important monument of the given period as masterpiece showing both the Isfahan and Azari Styles as is unique. This, has shows the monument showing the Islamic identity in its every detail. Mosques and caravansaries as a mountainous pattern monuments are the examples of the best monuments of Azerbaijan during the Safavid era originating from the local architecture showing the direct impact of the cold climate.
