Abstract: This article presents the results of a study of Zener standards stability over a period one year. To estimate parameters of a linear drift, a weighted least squares fit is applied to calculate the parameters of the linear drift of the voltage output of the Zeners standards. These parameters were determined for different models of noise (white noise, flicker noise and a combination of the two noises). The influence of the volume of experimental data and that of the unevenness of their location within the estimation interval of the drift prediction and corresponding uncertainty were investigated.
