Title: Analisis Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Di Indonesia Periode 2012 – 2016
Abstract: The human development index (HDI), also known as the Human
Development Index (HDI), is a benchmark used to view human quality in every
country. The HDI has three elements, namely health, education achieved and
living standards or often called economics. This study aims to determine the effect
of economic growth, poverty rates, and unemployment rates on the Human
Development Index in Indonesia for the period 2012-2016. The data used is
secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency. The data used in this
study is panel data. The panel data is a combination of cross sections covering 34
provinces in Indonesia and time series during the period 2010-2016. The tool or
method used in this studi is panel data regression analysis with the Fixed Effect
Model method. The results of panel data analysis show that economic growth and
unemployment have no significant effect on the Human Development Index in
Indonesia, while poverty has a significant negative effect on the Human
Development Index in Indonesia.
