Title: Optimal Design Method of Low Noise Amplifier Circuit
Abstract: The accuracy of low frequency noise measurement has been concerned because it is an important technique for evaluating the reliability of components. An improved method for measuring low frequency noise is presented in this paper. The influence of the background noise of the amplifier on the measurement results is eliminated by using the characteristics of the two channel amplifier and the amplifier circuit designed by discrete components. The method can also detect 1n V signal level, magnification can be up to 100 thousand times. The average noise coefficient is 12.537, and using the discrete element design of low noise amplifier circuit is 25.167, while the average noise coefficient from low noise amplifier three amplifying circuit is designed for 12.654, therefore the new amplifier circuit shows better performance.
