The optical density of the suspension obtained was considered as a response variable to determine the concentration of nanoparticles produced. Finally, it is concluded that the most influential combination of factors in the production of silver nanoparticles corresponds to the interaction between the incubation time of the fungus and the availability of nitrogen; in the same way it is determined that the least influential factor corresponds to the saturation of the silver nitrate solution.Read More
