Abstract: Nowadays, psychological testing proves a useful tool to aid successful recruitment processes.Psychological test are meant to asses skills, competences and psychological traits of candidates for a job.This article has 3 main objectives: rst, tomake psychological test known; second, to highlight the importanceof a good interview and assessment processes; and nally, toprovideguidelines in order to enhance eligibility for entry-level candidates .
