Title: New Group 14 Element Substituted Phosphaalkenes
Abstract: A new way is presented to prepare group 14 compounds substituted with a terminal NHC stabilized phosphenidenyl substituent. On this occasion, it is shown that depending on the chain length of the group 14 element dichlorides in reaction with SIMesPK a mono‐ or disubstitution can be observed. Starting from Me 2 SiCl 2 or t Bu 2 SnCl 2 a single substitution occurred. Longer chains of group 14 dihalides like (SiMe 2 Cl) 2 or O(SiMe 2 SiMe 2 Cl) 2 lead to silicon bridged bisphosphinidenyl compounds.
