Abstract: EUS-guided gastroenterostomy is a novel procedure designed to facilitate sustained luminal patency in patients with gastric outlet obstruction while avoiding the morbidity of a surgical procedure. The primary aim of this study was to perform a structured systematic review and meta-analysis to evaluate the efficacy and safety of EUS-guided gastroenterostomy for the treatment of benign and malignant gastric outlet obstruction.
