The method uses standard procedures in Biogeography based on the use of the UTM grid, but emphasizing the comprehensive tracing of 1×1 km cells (monads) to generate a vascular chorology that can be synthesized progressively to other smaller ones (4, 25 and 100 km²). Two strategies are established: covering a) small areas in detail, and b) a large area containing them, using sampling. Examples are given for the provisional distribution of five plants, different in character and frequency, that allow to verify the scope of such proposal.Read More
