For this purpose, a high-order discrete-time system model is reduced considering the unstable mode of the system. Then, two controllers, a discrete-time first-order sliding mode controller and a higher-order sliding mode controller are designed via reduced output feedback. It is proved that the reduced output feedback based control input can stabilize the original high-order system. A numerical example is simulated to compare the performance of the designed controllers.Read More
