The EM subsystem is modeled by wave equation-based discontinuous Galerkin time domain (DGTD-WE) method while the circuit subsystem is computed with a SPICE-like circuit solver. Besides, a stable and general impedance transmission boundary condition (ITBC) is developed to couple the EM and circuit subsystems.
