The aim o...Raising and developing fitness abilities are the basis of training process, but their importance for success in the struggle for different ways of fighting various wrestlers, and age groups. The aim of this study was to determine whether there are differences in the structure of the physical conditioning of preparedness of different groups (light, midlle weight and weight) wrestlers, wrestling classic way at the age of twelve years. The study was conducted on a sample of 81 boys wrestlers, and the sample measurement instruments consisted of 17 tests to assess the anthropometric characteristics, motorical and functional abilities. All variables to assess the fitness abilities are described in the basic statistical parameters, and conducted a test of normality distribution. Discriminant analysis revealed differences in the variables to assess the fitness of preparedness in three groups (light, medium heavy and heavy). The results show the importance of individual approach to training for different groups of boys wrestlers in classic wrestling way at the age of twelve years.Read More
