The objective is to stimulate civil engineers who practice in urban planning and development and to encourage their contributions to present and future activities that benefit the Society as well as the general public. It traces Division’s membership growth, the progressive change in committee structure as program objectives were met and new ones sought, and provides a tabulation of the Executive Committee members who contributed the ideas, professional knowledge and leadership which made the Division’s accomplishments worth recording. Finally, there is the record itself, consisting of the 500 papers presented at Division-sponsored sessions at the Society’s National Meetings.Read More
