Title: Experimental research on multi-condition dynamic behavior of second-throat adjustment sheet
Abstract: The second-throat adjustment sheet is a key part for accurately and quickly adjusting Mach number of test section, so it is greatly significant to research the multi-condition dynamic behavior of the second-throat adjustment sheet for the high-accuracy Mach number adjustment of test section. The experimental research method is adopted to research the dynamic behavior of the second-throat adjustment sheet under the combination of multiple working conditions: opening degree of adjustment sheet, rotating speed of compressor and opening degree of central body. The result shows: under the condition of keeping the rotating speed of the compressor, the adjustment sheet has maximum vibration acceleration when the opening degrees of the central body and the adjustment sheet are respectively 20° ~ 30° and 10 ~ 20mm; under the condition of not opening the adjustment sheet, the vibration acceleration of the adjustment sheet is increased along with the increase of the opening degree of the central body during the high rotation of the compressor; the adjustment sheet has strong vibration when the rotating speed of the compressor is 2,178 ~ 2,363rpm; the above working conditions should be avoided as much as possible.
