Abstract: Objectives: Constraint Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT) is an effective approach to improve the paretic hand function in children with congenital hemiparesis. The scope of our study was to assess the neurobiological basis for the functional improvement after CIMT by functional MRI (fMRI).
