Abstract: The variation of sugar,acid,vitamin C and pigments contents during fruit development of blueberries was studied in this experiment,cultivars from early-maturing,mid-maturing and late-maturing during growing season were studied.The results showed that the contents of total sugar were increased,which was DukeBluecropElliot;The contents of total acid declined to the lowest when the fruits reached full-maturing and lower than young fruit period,which was DukeBluecropElliot;The contents of vitamin C were higher at young fruit stage,which was DukeBluecropElliot;The contents of pigment reached to the highest at fruit ripening stage,which was ElliotDukeBluecrop.
