Title: Structured Revision Rhinoplasty with Costal Cartilage: Case Reports
Abstract: Introduction: Nowadays rhinoplasty is considered the most complicated procedure of face surgery. This surgery has functional and esthetic indications. Rhinoplasty is classified as incomplete (little removal) and destructive (excessive removal). Within the various materials that can be used in the nasal reconstruction, the septal cartilage is considered to be the best one. However, in cases of preoperated noses or without sufficient septal cartilage to use it, because of huge deformities, the costal cartilage is an excellent option.
