We tried to explain the nature and origin of pidgin and creole languages with theories based on different and complex socio-linguistic circumstances, after which it is passed to the definitions and terminology of pidgin and creole. It has been seen that a jargon or a pidgin is a reduced contact language which has no native speakers and is not a main language of any speech community, in contrast with pidgincreolo or creole, a restructured language that has become the native language of an ethnic group. The pidgin and creole languages have been described with the synthesis of their socio-historical events with which was shaped their development. There was a brief lexical analysis of the Angolar Creole Portuguese, Papiamentu Creole Spanish, Negerhollands Creole Dutch, Haitian Creole French, Jamaican Creole English, Tok Pisin and Nubi Creole Arabic continuing with the analysis of structural differences between the pidgin and creole languages in general. There were examples of diglossia, stable bilingualism and Creole-dominant bilingualism in sociolinguistic situations in Haiti, Jamaica and Nubi passing in educational problems of bilingual children, speakers of pidgin and creole languages that are not official in their communities and are therefore have not been recognized in the field of education.Read More
