Based on the solid-fluid interaction theory, this paper established two kinds of models, one is about the consistent seismic waves and the other is the multi-point input of seismic waves. According to the analysis of the response to seismic, it showed that: the velocity of seismic wave is slower the impact to the dynamic response of the aqueduct is greater when the ground is soft. Therefore, in the seismic study of long-span structures, it is critical to consider the impact of the earthquake's multi-point input when the wave speed is slower. Thus the results tend to be safe and relatively realistic.Read More
