Title: Financial Literacy Testing in the Area of Insurance Products
Abstract: The protection of customers who take out insurance products has
become more important, as there is still not very high level of
financial literacy. Therefore, it is more likely that customers
do not have all decisive information they need to deal with an
insured event. The goal of this article is to extend and refine
our previous article which focused only on the issue of life
insurance. The partial goal is to determine how the study will
proceed. This new research will be focused on all types of
insurance products such as non-life insurance, liability
insurance and other. The target audience of this research will
be limited to those who have already taken out insurance
product of certain product group.
