Title: Post-Millennium Development Goals in Sub-Saharan Africa
Abstract: International development has the purpose to improve the living conditions of many people around the world. However, it challenges its architects to act within a framework that is non-colonial, non-technocratic, collaborative and inclusive. Otherwise, international development projects remain futile and a waste of resources, particularly as witnessed in the failure to fulfil the 2015 Millennium Development Goals' (MDGs) targets on education.
