Abstract: This group exhibition at Boxcopy Contemporary Art Space in 2016 explores a collaborative curatorial process. YOUR SPACE OR MINE brings together contemporary spaces from across the Asia Pacific region, with contributions from Art Space Pool (Seoul), Sa Sa Art Projects (Phnom Penh) and Videotage (Hong Kong). In this way the exhibition at Boxcopy in Brisbane becomes an open-ended format for connections and dialogues to unfold over distance. This project takes as its starting point the provocation that ‘small acts of resistance can create change' and explores the broader question ' How can grass roots, local artist-run or independent spaces offer a space for dialogue and open up new ways of thinking and doing?'
