Title: Correlation between Net Photosynthetic Rate and Eco-physiological Factors of Grafting Cucumber in a Greenhouse
Abstract: The correlation between net photosynthetic rate and eco-physiological factors of grafting cucumber planted in a greenhouse was determined by LI-6400 portable photosyntometer to provide the scientific basis and guiding suggestion for cucumber cultivation management in a greenhouse. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate, photosynthesis effective radiation, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of grafting cucumber in a greenhouse all were single-peak curves, the concentration of intercellular CO2 and air CO2 were U curves, and the leaf and air temperature were inverted U curves. The optimum equation of net photosynthetic rate was y=-11.28+0.039 3x1+0.005 3x2+0.3587x3+8.812 2x6.The partial correlation path analysis showed that the eco-physiological factors affecting net photosynthetic rate were stomatal conductancephotosynthesis effective radiationair temperature, which indicates that stomatal conductance and photosynthesis effective radiation have the significant effect on net photosynthetic rate of grafting cucumber planted in a greenhouse.
