Abstract: This study analyzed how organizational justice affects organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior and examined whether organizational trust had a mediating effect in influencing the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior in franchised Korean restaurants. Through the study the following results were obtained. First, the result of verifying the relationship between organizational justice and organizational trust is as follows. The organizational justice factors from distributional justice, interactive justice, and procedural justice were found to significantly positively affect organizational trust. Second, organizational trust had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Third, organizational justice had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the efficacy results of distributional justice, both interactive justice and procedural justice showed a significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. This means a fairer evaluation process takes place within the organization. Fourth, for organizational trust, it was found that part of the organization mediates between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. This shows that organizational justice directly influences organizational citizenship behavior. Also, it has a more positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational trust.
