Title: Retracted: Preparation of Transdermal Formulations in Resveratrol Nanoparticles and Pharmacokinetics Study
Abstract: Resveratrol nanoparticles liposome, as a transdermal formulation of resveratrol nanoparticles, has many advantages which are strong targeting, excellent released effect and so on. However its production process was more complicated. In this paper, based on a film dispersion method, the preparation of resveratrol liposome nanoparticles was studied which integrated the advantages of ethanol injection and high pressure homogenization method. By microdialysis probe sampling, the concentration of resveratrol in rat blood and skin tissue was analyzed after dermal administration of resveratrol liposome and resveratrol nanoparticle liposome. The research showed that Cmax, A U C(0-∞) and A∪C (0-10h) with resveratrol liposomes in skin tissue were lower than Cmax, A∪C(0-∞) and A∪C(0-10h) with resveratrol nanoparticle liposomes in skin tissue. It indicated that resveratrol liposomes percutaneous absorption part is less, the majority of the drug existing in the stratum corneum of the skin which could not enter the blood through the dermal layer. Tmax with resveratrol liposome was greater than Tmax with resveratrol nano-liposomes, indicating a longer absorption of resveratrol liposomes and better sustained release.
