It is possible the development of coronaritis during the acute or chronic Epstein-Barr virus infection. There are observations indicative of the potential role of the Epstein-Barr virus for development of Kawasaki disease which is the main reason of children s coronaric pathology. In the observation after the Epstein-Barr virus infectious mononucleosis coronaritis had developed in 50% cases during the reconvalescence after the acute Epstein-Barr virus infection and in 70% cases of chronic infection. In 32% cases of coronaritis the systemic vasculite Kawasaki is formed.Read More
