Abstract:Ethical leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction are of vital importance for businesses as they are three of most important components leading the business to achieve its objectives....Ethical leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction are of vital importance for businesses as they are three of most important components leading the business to achieve its objectives. The study aims at revealing the moderate role of gender and working duration in relationship among ethical leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Within this scope questionnaires were conducted with 319 employees in hotel businesses in Antalya. Data obtained were analyzed through AMOS 20 package program. As a result, it has been observed both gender and working duration have moderate role in terms of the effect of ethical leadership on organizational commitment and ethical leadership is much more important for women rather than men in terms of their commitment to organization.Read More
