Firstly, the mathematics model of photovolta...In order to maximize the transmission power to the grid, the maximum power point tracking technology is needed in the photovoltaic power generation system. Firstly, the mathematics model of photovoltaic array is built and the dynamic characteristics are analyzed. Then, the maximum power point tracking algorithm is realized by variable step size perturbation observation method. The classical perturbation observation algorithm is simple and fast tracking, but it is difficult to obtain a high response speed and steady state tracking accuracy at the same time, the proposed algorithm can solve this problem. The simulation results show that the proposed MPPT algorithm can accurately track the maximum power point, and effectively solve the contradiction between speed and accuracy of fixed step size perturbation observation algorithm.Read More
