Abstract: <titre>Résumé</titre>L’étude de la résistance dans les milieux judiciaires, appréhendée d’un point de vue socio-historique, permet à la fois de développer sous un angle nouveau la sociologie des professions judiciaires et de présenter la résistance comme une forme particulière d’action collective. En effet, il s’agit dans cet article d’étudier la manière dont l’activité résistante d’un nombre restreint de juristes pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale peut nous éclairer, de manière plus générale, sur le rapport au politique des professionnels du droit ainsi que sur les formes spécifiques de leurs mobilisations.
