Title: Consider students at risk of dropping out in the matter courses: a risk taking for teachers
Abstract: Dans un contexte de massification de l'enseignement et d'un accès de plus en plus difficile au marché du travail pour les jeunes sortant précocement du système scolaire, la prévention du décrochage scolaire constitue une priorité pour les systèmes éducatifs des pays occidentaux. En France, la prescription institutionnelle met l'accent sur le maintien prioritaire des élèves à risque de décrochage au sein des cursus scolaires ordinaires. Dans le cadre d'une étude à visée développementale, nous tentons d'analyser en quoi et comment la présence d'élèves à risque de décrochage scolaire au sein du cours disciplinaire impacte l'activité de travail des enseignants, notamment en augmentant l'imprévisibilité des situations de classe et en créant des déliaisons entre préoccupations et occupations. En conclusion, des pistes en termes de formation sont esquissées, afin d'assister les professeurs dans la prise en compte de ces nouveaux défis.
