Title: Independent Agencies in the United State - Law, Structure, and Politics
Abstract: The authors of this book believe that the President and the Congress are engaged in a constitutional tug of war over the federal administrative agencies. I argue that this view fails adequately to address the politicization of agencies due to partisan congressional influence and oversight. Further, agency capture undermines an agency’s mission.
