A CT scan disclosed a retroperitoneal mass, 17 cm in diameter, adjacent to the kidney. The MRI findings were diagnostic of liposarcoma. The tumor was resected en bloc. The histopathological findings demonstrated angiomyolipoma.Exophytic angiomyolipoma can mimic retroperitoneal liposarcoma on MRI.Read More
