Title: Simultaneous Measurement of Regional Blood Flow and Oxygen Pressure in the Dog Myocardium during Coronary Occlusion or Hypoxic Hypoxia
Abstract: One of the problems of the oxygen supply to the heart is the importance of the local oxygen pressure (pO2) for the regulation of the local myocardial blood flow. We studied the relation between the local pO2 and the regional blood flow (RBF) under the conditions of temporary occlusion of the R. interventr. ant. of the left coronary artery (RIA) or during hypoxic hypoxia.
