DNCB was found to protect the development of the immunodepression induced by benzpyrene. The most appreciable effect was observed when DNCB applications were started two months before the benzpyrene administration. An insignificant inhibition or therapeutic effect was noted during later stages of the benzpyrene carcinogenesis.Read More
