Analogues of NAD (e.g. NADP) and components of the NAD molecule (e.g. ADP) have no effect on the formation of the inhibitor. The most favourable pH, temperature, duration of incubation, type of buffer and NAD concentration for the formation of the inhibitor were investigated. The method for the formation and chromatographic isolation of the oxidoreductase inhibitor is briefly described.Read More
