Title: Research on Collective Lack on Schooling Teachers' Professional Happiness in China
Abstract: Schooling teachers' professional happiness embody the cognitive,professional and professional values,constitute the teachers' professional ethics education,and is an important foundation of ethical system,not only for the teacher education teaching content with their daily work and education achievement,but also to have deep sense of education,vocational ethics as his life to adhere to pursue.Based on the perspective of teachers lifelong development system reform,the paper discussed the reason of primary and secondary school teachers in vocational sense of lack of collective system,and propose the reconstruction of teachers' professional respect teachers such as how to respect personality happiness strategy.
